APPLICATION DEADLINE Due at NSA for the 1st round on January 7, 2008
AUDITIONS January 21, 2008 / 8:00AM-3:30PM January 22, 2008 / 4:00PM-8PM
CONTINUATION LETTERS sent home by the Magnet/Optional schools: (This affects students who will be changing grades, but staying in the same school for next year) February 11, 2008
APPLICATIONS Application forms are available at all Metro public libraries, YMCA's, Health Departments, community centers, all Metro schools, the Board of Education, and on the internet at www.mnps.org. All applications must be turned in to Nashville School of the Arts 1250 Foster Avenue Nashville TN. 37210 You must live within Davidson County to apply for any Metropolitan Nashville Public magnet school. Students applying for grades 10, 11, or 12 must include a transcript and report card showing all high school credits and a schedule of current courses. This information must be turned in at the time of application in order for the application to be complete. After NSA has received your complete application, you will be contacted to set up an audition. NSA accepts students by audition only and not by lottery like the other magnet schools.
